Interior Design
An approach to interior design that we find works well is to design from the inside out. Meeting the client’s living or working requirements with innovative, inviting and functional design ideas and allowing these to influence decisions on the external form of the building.
This reverses the normal process of starting with a box that is divided into room spaces and results in internal spaces that are more suited to the need and more pleasing to occupy.
This approach deals with the people and fixtures that occupy a room space first, providing the shape, size and location suitable to the function.
It allows spaces to be connected in an intuitive way so that movement within the building flows naturally, uninterrupted by doors and walls that shouldn’t be there.
