About The Project
The requirement was to adapt a standard new-build design to provide a unique appeal.
The decision was to have the living accommodation on the first floor to take advantage of spectacular views across the estuary of the river Towy, with bedrooms on the ground floor.
The effect was to improve the functionality of the house, improve the ambience and to provide an individual property.
